* lives in a deep lagoon somewhere in the area. doesn't really come out all that often because he's Really Confused at all these other fables here, and he's honestly kind of scared of them. ironically he's somewhat of a fish out of water!
* the only person he really talks to (if anybody. if he can even talk.) is starshower, who comes to visit the lagoon as a place to calm down if she's struggling with her dark magic.
