PERSONALITY: empathetic, caring and diplomatic, but also serious and with little patience for silliness. "Wise beyond his years", he was prone to overthink and was a bit too accommodating with the other tigers, but he knew how to conceal his flaws pretty well, especially in fron of his brother.
BACKSTORY: O'Neil was Kuffer's older brother and a well-known member in their community. Being their parents' firstborn, he was appointed as a future leader from a young age and was raised and educated accordingly. Despite his future role being forced upon him, he never complained and took his responsability very seriously, something his younger brother deeply admired him for. The two brothers shared a very close bond and spent a substantial amount of time together, with O'Neil often teaching Kuffer "how to be a tiger" whenever his duties allowed him to. By the time O'Neil was about to reach maturity (and Kuffer was something of a late teenager) and inherit the current leader's position, he died in an unfortunate accident while trying to protect his brother.
