Freyja is 32 and full of odd surprise talents-- lockpicking, dancing, making homemade teas, lip-reading, getting any stain out of any fabric, hair-dressing...

Freyja is happy to help people fetch high-up merchandise or plaster up posters. Only occasionally does she use her powers of Very Tall for evil (hiding things on top of the fridge, holding things out of peoples’ reach, etc.).

Freyja was quite the leggy little foal, who was always told “You’ll grow into those long legs!” ...And then they grew even longer.

She was a strawberry-blonde baby, and as she got older her hair got darker. At one point she had it in a shaved-side pixie and she’s tried black, gold-blonde, and silver-white hair colors before.

active lifestyle

• Motorcycle- Freyja has a yellow Suzuki V-Strom 650, and it's her main mode of transport rain or shine! She's been known to show up dripping wet and out of breath just about anywhere, but always magically manages to clean up fast. She keeps an extra outfit/road kit with her bike.

Her high-contact sports tend to result in broken antlers, but they always grow back!

• Roller Derby- It’s a team tradition to yell TIMBER any time Freyja falls down (sometimes the floor shakes). She can dish out wicked hard hip checks at shoulder height. You don't want to be in the path of this heavy, high-velocity lady.
  
  
• Volleyball- High school varsity, and now just casual fun. Freyja's team made a game of giving her nicknames, including Twigs, The Twig Towers, Twiggy, Stickbug, Flagpole (“Ok, Half-mast”), Granddaddy Longlegs, Tippy-toes, Yardsticks, Twigzilla, Stringcheese, Giraffe Legs, and ‘the Pain Train to Tall Town.’
  
  Freyja was usually set up next to the net so she could reach up and swat the ball away. She always wore clip-on rubber shoes to play on the hardwood court, and knee pads. You don't want hooves scrabbling all over your floorboards!
  
  With her volleyball skills, Freyja is also an absolute terror at tetherball if she gets competitive.

• Ballet- A brief stint in middle school. Unfortunately, Freyja had a tendency to accidentally kick the girls next to her whenever her legs were fully outstretched.

cats & critters

Freyja adores animals, especially cats. She has a few cats:

1. Black cats...
2. ...two of them. They often snuggle together in a happy, indistinguishable mass. One has no eyes and short fur, the other has two eyes (yellow-green) and long fur.
3. Tabby Maine Coon with many, many toes.
4. Oriental patched orange-tabby-white kitten with the loudest meows in existence. A clingy and playful friend who enjoys annoying the other, more laid-back cats.

She's extremely careful stepping around her cats, as she's a bit paranoid about stepping on their paws or tails with her hooves. For each one she likes to make up little songs for feeding or grooming them.

Larger creatures like horses and cattle seem naturally at ease with her, whether it's because of her hooves or her birch-bark skin. She's worked in a stable a few summers in her twenties. She's been known to nurse injured wildlife back to health as well. Although many smaller critters are wary of her size at first, Freyja is willing to be patient.
