Savel is a kind and compassionate Gengar that comes from a complicated past. She holds the Incarnate power of Joy, and was born away from her partner, leading to a positive imbalance of power. This led to her personality being chipper, bright and happy, but unable to feel any negative emotion.
While Savel has since become balanced now due to meeting Levas, her happy self has remained intact, but now with more emotional depth and understanding. Savel loves the world, and is thoroughly enjoying her trip across it to explore new places, and meet new friends.
