Lottie, a polite young girl, lives in Holoska with her sister Eira. She's for the most part average for a kid her age, enjoying playing games with other children such as hide-n-seek or tag. She has very poor vision and is legally blind, but she doesn't let that stop her from having a good time. Lottie is quite optimistic and cheerful, however she tends to be clingy towards other people and loves to be carried around. She can be stubborn when it comes to tasks she doesn't want to do as with most children, but she does try her best to be caring and responsible.

One of Lottie's favorite things is listening to music, she doesn't care for TV much since it's difficult for her to see what's going on she finds it unsettling at times. Despite her unassuming appearance, Lottie has some odd powers and can be a force to be reckoned with, although it's mostly when she's afraid or upset.
