(My childhood nostalgia manifest into a little green friend !)

Franklin the Frog is - well - a FROG. But he's also more than that ! His belly is a big glass cereal bowl, and he's always hungry !

Sometimes late at night, if you flick on your kitchen light really fast, you might catch a certain someone - in a particular shade of green - elbow deep in your cereal ! (And he may or may not have drank all of your milk !) He'll simply stare at you, blank expression on his face - chewing away - and say "we're out of cereal." But really can you blame him? Those little puffs of sugary goodness are almost too good to turn down.

Franklin lives in a small apartment - above an arcade - with his best friend/owner Kidd & his adopted siblings Duplo and Trolli - though Duplo spends most of his time downstairs in the arcade (after hours) destroying the lego city.

Even though Kidd encourages the gang to dream big, and says they should strive to be anything they wanna be, Franklin hasn't really figured out what he wants to do with his new found existence, and that's okay. He does think he'd like to go to a real school (elementary as he has to start from the ground up!) -  some day - But other than that, he's pretty content just chowing down on cereal & soaking up the snuggles. Though the idea of riding in that big yellow bus is very tempting..

No one really knows how they all came to live in this magical city with Kidd. Is the city magic? Is Kidd? It seems that some way or another, Kidd's special interests and most deeply felt desires come to life. It started with Duplo, a small plastic dinosaur toy they found at Mcdonalds, then Trolli fell thru a magical portal from his world, then Hobson came out of the drain - and most recently - Franklin appeared - in the fridge one morning - while Kidd was making a bowl of cereal and turning on cartoons.

Not only is Franklin's origin a mystery - his anatomy is too ! His cool green skin has a peculiar property - whenever he's anxious/shy/scared/sad/worried/nervous/surprised etc., his skin fades to white ! (A strange type of camouflage - meant to hide him from prying eyes.) As for his silly tummy, it can be filled with any kind and/or flavor of milk, tho his favorite is whole milk. (There's always some level of milk in his tummy, even if there's no cereal.) As for the cereal it contains, that can change as well, depending on what he's scarfed down for breakfast. Also, what comes in, doesn't come out - at least not through his mouth, as there's a one way stopper in his throat that prevents leaks and spills ! (Like those kids cups.) Though not common, his stomach can contain other types of liquids/foods.

No matter how he came to be, Franklin is sure happy he did. He loves his new family, and can't wait for all of the adventures they're going to share together.✨

Some of the things Franklin enjoys that aren't cereal are:

Sunny days. Rainy/Overcast days. Big booming ⚡ThUnDeR sToRmS⚡ ! quiet afternoons laying in a meadow, starring up at the clouds. Aquariums. Play Grounds. The Arcade. Binging youtube and watching videogames. Playing video games. Netflix. General outings. The sounds/smells/sights of being in a restaurant or walking down the street. 🚗Car rides🚕 !! Being wheeled around Target in the cart & smelling all of the smell good candles. Going to the Movies. 👻Scary movies⚰️ & TV shows. 🍭CaNdY🍫 !! Nestling into a lil frog ball juuuust under the edge of Kidd's computer monitor while they work, for a nap. The soft glow of twinkle lights. 🛁Bath time💦 !! Soft blankets & making pillow forts. Magic !!The crackling sound and burning smell of fire pits. Halloween & Dressing up. Christmas time around the tree. Breakfast foods of all kinds !! Organizing Kidd's merch collection. Unboxings. 🧼Soap Cutting vides🔪 & Hydraulic press videos. PoP iTs !!!! Kidd's plants. 🚀Space🛸 !! Dinosaurs.

(As soon as I saw him, I knew I had to have him. He is the perfect representation of the few happy memories I have of my childhood, huddled around the TV in the mornings, scarfing down cereal and watching one of my favorite children's cartoons - Franklin - his name sake. Cereal and Cartoons are one of the few memories I still have of my grandfather that meant the world to me, and sadly passed away when I was very young. This one's for you papa.)
