Personality: Cipher is very good at keeping secrets. So good, in fact, that, although they live far away from any cities or towns, other Paralogos occasionally visit them to get things off their chest that they can't talk about with anyone else.
They've become quite well known through this, though most believe that they are only a myth.
Cipher would very much like things to remain that way, as they prefer being on their own, so do their best to stay out of sight of anyone who happens to pass by their home - a deep dark cave in the middle of the woods. (If one is not specifically looking for them for the purpose of divulging secrets, they are practically impossible to find)
Several cryptid hunters have also mysteriously had their equipment destroyed while on the hunt for the famous "Keeper of Secrets".
Cipher is not above property damage to maintain their privacy.
