NARVII Global Rules
By owning a design created by me, user MadNarvii ("the Designer"), you ("the Owner") affirm to have read and agree to be legally bound by the following Terms of Use listed below. Failure to abide by the Terms of Use may result in a blacklist and/ or a public service announcement. Please note that these Terms of Use may be subject to change without prior notice.
- The Owner can make redesigns, both major and minor.
- The Owner can regift the design.
- The Owner can retrade the design, but only if the design was obtained via trade and/ or sale.
- If the Owner obtained the design as a gift/for free, the design cannot be retraded unless additional value (i.e. trades, commissions, personal art) has been added to the character's gallery. This includes "freebie swaps."
- NOTE: Free/ Gifted art (i.e. art received in which the Owner did not give anything in exchange) does not count as additional value.

- The Owner can resell the design for the same price as bought.
- The Owner can not resell the design for a higher price than bought unless additional value (i.e. trades, commissions, personal art) has been added to the character's gallery.
- NOTE: Free/ Gifted art (i.e. art received in which the Owner did not give anything in exchange) does not count as additional value.

- If the Owner is unable to regift, retrade, or resell the design, they are asked to return the design to the Designer rather than delete the design from Toyhou.se.
- The Owner can use the design for personal/ non-commercial use.
- The Owner can not use the design for commercial use unless discussed with the Designer beforehand.
- The Owner can not claim the original design as their own.
- The Owner can not claim the original artwork as their own.
- The Owner can make minor edits (ex. adding accessories, changing colors...) to the original artwork.
- If uploading the original artwork off-site, a linkback to the Designer's profile MadNarvii) must be provided.
- The Designer only claims the original design as her own. She does not claim ownership to any redesigns nor the character/associated character.
