Urchin is a notoriously antisocial and bristly goob who prefers to keep to himself. He's spent a majority of his life at the bottom of the ocean floor, living in solitude amongst the fishes. He's used to the dark and values his privacy, and as a result he doesn't tend to get on well with other goobies. Urchin has a chilly exterior and a scary face which, when paired together, make him difficult to approach and even more difficult to get close to. He's pretty rare to sight out in public in the first place, still preferring the ocean to the mainland, even though now he lives on the coast of the beach in a surf shack instead of beneath the water's surface-- a move he only made due to his best friend Holly's insistence that he do so. He loves it when it rains or storms because it reminds him of his watery childhood home. He can often be seen wading in the water with his back above it, lurking like a shark. Urchin at first seems scary and cold, but if one manages to befriend him, they'll find out that he's a pretty cool guy underneath all that bad attitude and antisocial behavior. He has a witty, sarcastic sense of humor, and while he is a tough guy, he's someone who uses his strength to stand up for others rather than act as an unwarranted aggressor. Urchin is kind of like an archetypal broody teenager.
