Perci Leiyun

My 3rd fursona, a Doberman by the name of Perci, he's a Runner, delivering illegal packages to his clients whilst avoiding law enforcement.

His cybernetic arms allow him to create electrical fields through the use of a mana based energy called Soma, and using Soma he can also alter his form slightly.
