Phantosme, Witch of the Wrathful Dead, is a faerie being fulfilling a penance. Blood sister of Phantasmata, a rare occurence in faekind, she attempted to remove her sibling's powers to prevent a research she found too dangerous, and for this, she was made into a Death Fae; and must fix the vows of ten thousand creatures before she can regain her all-encompassing magic and shapeshifting. Phantosme doesn't seem to be bothered by this - in fact, listening to the grief of undead and guiding them to fulfillment (and staying far, far away from Phantasmata) made her livelier than ever.
