Felix Black, Team Magma Admin

Felix Black good :) his ace/partner Pokemon is a Spinda!

Apologies if this doesn't make much sense! I wanted to word-salad this and I'll edit it more thoroughly later, but at the moment.. have the most concise bio for Felix I could think of!

Felix is a Team Magma Admin born in Oldale Town in Hoenn. He doesn't like to talk much about his past, merely because Phoebe was a much different person than he is now, but one thing he's kept held close and dear to him is his love for the Normal type. Similarly overlooked and poked fun at, Felix found kinship with the Zigzagoon and Slakoth in the area, and he decided young that all he wanted to do was raise those types.

A trip to Fallarbor town with his family would change everything, though, as that day he met his partner Pokemon and closest friend, a stumbly Spinda he nicknamed Speendah. Despite being young -- and his family being Pokemon training traditionalists -- he was able to keep the Pokemon.

As he got older, he grew distant from his family. At 18 he moved out on his own.. and that was when he discovered the early embers of what would later become the passionate flame known to all now as Team Magma. He felt connected immediately to them and their goal and mission, and he and Speendah applied and got in with ease. As soon as he became a Team Magma grunt, his family stopped talking to him, but he didn't seem to mind. After all, he had Team Magma now.

Joining Team Magma finally let him explore a lot of his passions as well. He learned that he very much enjoyed geology, and he took on a lot of their geological tasks in the early days as a result; he learned that he loved paleontology, and took on a conservation role occasionally when Team Magma would dig. He and Speendah proved their love to their team tenfold.. and Felix began to develop a sweet little crush on the Magma leader as well, that would only grow over time.

The more effort he put into the team, the more he got back out of it. Eventually, he was even offered an Admin role in the team, putting him in charge of the team's PR division -- his love for his team was unrivaled, and he was able to convince others of their good will because of it. He grew closer with his fellow admins, and even helped promote several grunts to the admin ranks as well, including a girl he met and subsequently adopted as his sister.

One day, over a decade after joining Team Magma and a couple years after the Groudon-versus-Kyogre crisis of Sootopolis City, Felix realized that he wanted to go on a journey. Call it fatigue or just a desire for something new, he took a couple months' leave to finally explore Hoenn on a civilian's level. He was finally able to live his younger self's dream of raising a team of nothing but Normal Types, and he and Speendah traveled the entire region together with their new friends.

Finally reaching the League was something Felix never even anticipated, and something even stranger he didn't anticipate was actually making it to the Champion, Wallace. He had invited all of Team Magma to come watch the fight, and they all were cheering for him as he took down Wallace's Milotic and took the win. Even though he didn't want to take the role of Champion away from Wallace, it was Maxie who talked him into it, saying that the new eco-friendly Team Magma could use someone as influential as the Champion to help them safely cultivate a better Hoenn.

Of course none of this stopped Felix from doing what he loves in his free time. Studying the Regi-trio native to Hoenn, studying fossils and trying to recreate Devon's fossil restoration machine, and even visiting Sinnoh from time to time to go to their Underground. He's an incredibly busy man, being a Champion and an Admin all at once, but he makes it work.

Other Misc Information:

- He's part of my own personal "Masters 8" tournament, representing Hoenn.

- In Pokemon Masters, his sync pair would be him and Speendah the Spinda; his sygna suit would be him and Mega Diancie or him and Cradily.

- After he is defeated and his title is taken from him, he temporarily takes on the title of Pike King in the Battle Frontier.

- He and Maxie are indeed married. I stopped being a coward about it. They're married.
