"Ah, uh... Have you guys seen the boss, uh I mean, Solstice? No? I guess I could stick here until he shows up again, then... You don't mind if I um... talk, do you?"
Cutter is a gangster in the Mothia and one of Solstice's go to bruisers for if a fight needs to break out. Most would think that's an odd choice, as Cutter's not exactly the biggest, scariest looking guy out there. More than that, he's a soft-spoken, nervous sort who seems to struggle to talk to people in general... However, that's just one side of him.
Cutter switches back and forth between his shy, meek self and a far more unhinged, violent side. He tends to grin and get a bit to excited about getting to use those terrifying claws of his. He's stronger than people give him credit for too, and has yet to lose a one-on-one fight that he's taken on...

Notes
- Cutter started coming to Song Title just because he followed Solstice, but after he met Pulsar and many of the hosts, he began to show up on his own. He's still clearly a bit anxious around so many pretty faces, but does enjoy the company quite a lot, and has become a presence several hosts enjoy. He frequents: Pulsar, Alba, Kaiser, Scar, Makal, Typo, Bennie, Manic, Sleaze, Gasoline, and Aice.
- The first time Rackim saw Cutter at the club, he asked if he could pay him for service. Cutter was shy at first, told him he appreciated the compliment, but was a customer- not a host. Rackim still seems to like the guy a lot.
- He seems to have a bit of a crush on his boss, Solstice, but also several hosts and generally seems attracted to positions of power. He's not the best at outward expression, so he can be a bit shy with feelings.
