The beanie was a blanket that was with them for a long time, since they were a baby, and they are too attached to it to throw it away, so they made it into a beanie.

After he found smile, he decided to take him in and they started living together. As they started to live together, Xel helped Smile to transition and made him feel conftable around him. He found out afer a short while that Smile absoloutly loved dandelions, so he dicided to get him some and that was the first time tbn had seen Smile truly be happy
