Usui has super duper energetic yet soft vibes, like he'd fit the bill perfectly for being always-optimistic! like... "If I'm not crying, then you don't have to cry either! right? and I-I'm not... I'm not crying, y'know?" He has that Perrito feel to him 100%, he's got your back, even if he can be a bit of a baby himself, he'll put others first!
however

Usui is building his confidence as a kem, comes across Kimae and birdsong later in the future when birdsong accidentally saves him from a tiny monster and he "dedicates" himself to being birdsongs friend. A bit high energy at first but settles down once he realizes kems around him want to have him around

out fits can be anything, he doesnt like to be naked, he likes sailor outfits purely for the bandana and hat, thinks they make him look even cuter than usual 

Has a great relationship with his team mates even though he wonders if hes annoying to them
