You ARE allowed to:

-change the gender.

-change colors for skin/eyes/hair.

-change name.

-change sexuality/sexual orientation.

-BUT YOU MUST credit me or tag me when sharing original PNG of the adopt.

-BUT YOU MUST credit me for the adopt design.

You are NOT allowed to:

-alter the "entire" outfit/design (it has to resemble the original design). Unless you ask me for permission, but credit for the reference/inspiration for the redesign.

-claim the adopt design as your own design. YOU WILL BE BLACK LISTED and I will post a beware about you.

-resell for a higher price than the base price/auction price. (Unless it has added art, please credit those artist.)

For "commercial use" for ANY of my adopt designs. YOU MUST PAY THE COMMERCIAL FEE FIRST! this means using the adopt for a vtuber/selling merchandise/ or promotional. The result of breaking theses rules MORE THAN ONCE, gives me the right to revoke the adopt design back with NO REFUNDS. you buying my adopts after reading the TOS is you agreeing to theses terms. (this includes; custom adopts, free adopts, gacha adopts, emoji adopts, exclusive adopts & closed species adopts by me.)

my art/adopts are not intended for N/F/T projects.
