Razputin Doomsday-Wallowl, a Dystopia Rising Horror LARP character. He's a lascarian, an underground-dwelling light sensitive strain known for the limits they'll go to to survive. Raz considers himself an "upstanding uplander" and doesn't partake in the more "feral" activities his brethren do, but he doesn't look down on them for doing what they need to do. He just wants to live a peaceful, safe life as much as he can.
