Never Take or steal my art and use it as your own, in any way, such as tracing, recolouring, claiming the art as your own, use in advertisement, reshaping, redrawing ect.
Never Claim my Original Species or my Characters, Characters I own as your own.
Never Use MY characters in a Commercial or Noncommercial Roleplay / Game / ARG or Anything of Similarity - AT ALL - However any Characters that you own that are made by me or that you have traded / purchased / commissioned from me or you have Gained from someone who Gained it from me, LEGITIMATELY or someone who gained it from some one who gained it from some one- LEGITIMATELY no matter how long the chain is - that character is now owned you is obviously allowed to be part of your PERSONAL / NONCOMMERCIAL- Roleplays - If you wish to use a design I have made in means of Advertisement, or in any form of Consumer Directed Purposes, such as a Game, ARG, Brand or Anything similar you MUST talk to me first about how I will be credited for the design. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT INTO A FORFIT OF THE CHARACTER BACK TO ME NO MATTER IF REDESIGNED / ANYTHING ON THE CHARACTER OR HOW MUCH DEVELOPMENT THE CHARACTER HAS MADE
