โ You automatically agree to my terms of service if you own one of my designs/any art made by me, regardless of whether or not youโve read my TOSโ

โ Creator credit stays mine for designs and art made by me, even if the character has been redesigned

โ Credit my Toyhouse (R0TTCIDAL) for all my designs and artwork. I only have TH.

โ Do NOT delete characters or art made by me off of Toyhouse, nor remove my credit as the creator or designer of a character/art piece

โ Do NOT post my art, characters, or designs to other websites without my permission AND / OR without proper credit

โ Do NOT copy, steal, trace, or heavily reference my designs, my characters, or my art (color picking is fine)

โ Do NOT delete/remove, or alter my watermarks placed on my artwork/designs (R0TT logo, not including the custom toyhouse image watermark (R0TTCIDAL))

โ Do NOT edit/change my art (adding a filter or bg image that DOESNโT alter my lineart, placement of colors, or items is fine WITH proper credit)

โ Do NOT use my artstyle/name in an attempt to impersonate me/make profit off of my name through impersonation

โ Do NOT ghost OR delete comments when offering, you will be blocked and potentially blacklisted

โ Do NOT use my characters, designs, or art (that is NOT owned by you) as IDs, for role play, as profile pictures, etc.

โ Do NOT give blacklisted users my characters, designs, art, OR buy comms of their characters from me

โ Do NOT make hate speech of any kind, use my designs for racist intentions, homophobia, beastiality, pedophilia, or anything of the sort

โ Do NOT use my art, designs, or characters for anything AI art related, non fungible tokens, or cryptocurrency

โ Designs can be resold, gifted, traded, and/or altered in appearance to oneโs liking once owned, go crazy ^-^ !
