TV Dad is your average dad. Except that he has no significant other or children of his own but he makes up for that but giving love to everyone he meets! So he's everyone's dad!
He's very gentle and is great with kids, often getting involved with any silly games that the children want to play. He is prone to being nervous around those who are taller than him but loosens up easily once he knows they're not a threat.

Would totally be that dad who wears the Hawaiian shirt with sunglasses and think he's the coolest.
