she/her. origin: overwatch fan character. transition status: hormones, top surgery.
an ambitious woman that finds there's organization even in rebellion. a member of the Martial Rivalists of the Philippines, she joined overwatch to continue her work as a tactician. she originally was on the field more directly and more often, until she recently got diagnosed with lupus. echo elected to remove her right knee and below which was the biggest source of her pain, and still treats her lupus to this day.
she's a woman of action and values rebellion with a hint of class. she's heavily inspired by and admires the Katipunan, the revolutionary group that fought against Spanish colonialism in the Philippines back in the late 1800's. echo admires not just their values and actions, but also their overall aesthetic. this has lead to her fencing skill, her outfit design, her overall posture, and her interest in tea, ballroom dancing, and wooing women.
