He's still a work in progress.

He's a monster that appears under the allusion of being someone's imaginary friend. He likes to act friendly and lull the victim into tinking he is harmless, But can end up killing by accident. 

If his stitches in his face become weak or split he can reveail his true face but also turn him angry fast..
