Misty

Misty lives alone in a large lodge up in the hills above a small city. Her lodge is only accessible by cable car and serves as both a tourist spot and a hub for ecologists wanting to conduct research in the area. However, because of the remoteness of her lodge and the adjacent city, visitors are few in number and Misty has a lot of time to herself. Misty is highly interested in the supernatural and cryptids, and would totally brand her lodge as an awesome haunted house attraction if her superiors would let her. As it is, Misty spends a lot of her time wandering about in the forest looking for ghosts and other beings that might make their home in the isolated woods. She tends to see the good in everyone and everything, which often results in her being a huge pushover and having difficulty to saying 'no' to pretty much anything. She actually originally started working at the lodge by intervention of her family. They were concerned that Misty was getting caught up in increasingly sketchy stuff in town because she had trouble rejecting anything, whether it be her assistance with a project to an invitation to a party to hard drugs. As it is she feels bad for practically abandoning her old friends in town to her new home in the lodge and talks to herself near-constantly to distract herself from her anxiety and guilt.
