Personality: Wary, skittish and quick to flee, Phono is considered an opposite of C.C. . He's the more level-headed and cautious of the two, and very seldom breaks rules unless he feels necessary. Considering his intense fear of loud sounds, Phono wears ears plugs, depending more on his sight, smell and what he feels in the atmosphere during collecting. He can read lips pretty well, as well as speak through stamps and snorts (which C.C. translates)
Likes: C.C., giving away the candy he collected to the trick or treaters (much to C.C.s dismay..that was their candy! >:I), playing it safe and following the rules
Dislikes: Loud sounds/noises, dangerous pranks/stunts, breaking the rules just for the fun of it, C.C.s antics
