U riel has always been a relatively secluded individual. During his old life, he kept his head down and did what he was told. Defying the rules would grant him a less than desirable fate. An honor student if you will, he was always loved and adored by his brothers and friends. This was all an act, however. He hated where he came from. Gazing down-i mean- around at humanity always interested him. Humans... and earthlings... were always a peculiar bunch. The violence, the horror... the love.
His studies of those "below" him started to become known to his peers. While some were interested, some were appalled. Why was he so interested in those violent creatures!? After being told numerous times to refrain from looking to closely, he continued his studies in secret. The scornful looks and whispers around him started to grow, and started to affect Uriel's well-being. A former golden child of his realm, he was soon seen as an oddball. He grinned an beared it, until the casting out of a dear friend pushed him over the edge. Being forced behind the gates for a bit longer, he yearned to be with the people he loved the most. One day, he eventually broke out. Over the years, he grew accustomed with the people. Eventually he landed a job as a college professor, and was finally able to teach the people about, well, themselves.

LEV
/ partner
Lev is a fallen angel who came from the same place as Uriel. They were close before, and then got into a fight. They have since reconnected on earth and are in a relationship. Kind of. On the surface, it looks like they hate each other. Deep down, they love each other more than the sun loves the moon.
Uriel and Aelia have a lot in common. They bond over the fact they have both been around a very long time, and talk about the lives they have been living. They also have a similar taste in humor - a taste that's only funny to them. Nobody else really...gets it.
Apollo
/ friend
Uriel sees Apollo as a younger brother. They get along quite well, and oddly enough play some video games together. Neither of them are very good, but they try. Uriel enjoys talking to Apollo about his past, and sharing with him interesting knowledge.
