Usually accompanied by his partner, Sphere, he wanders the halls with his counterpart, allowed to keep other SCPs company and tend to their needs, since, in reality, they cannot be contained themselves. They are beyond human comprehension and technology, and can bleed through atoms with ease and skill.

Compared to Sphere, Circle is insatiably curious and always asking questions. Even every sentence that spills from his rather peculiar mouth is in a question format; he provokes Sphere's own thought of reason, and has his questions, whether answered or made more complicated, by Sphere.

He wears a gray suit reminiscent of 1940s and 50s semi-formal to formal menswear, and tries to keep his hair as neat as possible. Sometimes a few strands may be a bit wilder than the rest, and cowlicks are often hard to push down or conceal.

He is very clumsy, sometimes becoming so absorbed by a question or his curiosity that he loses his footing.  Despite being extremely environmentally aware, he still has some goofy humanlike qualities.
