With water giving life and surrounding us all, was the same for this passionate and creative swimmer. 

After the divorce of his parents, his step father left the country with nothing for the family behind as he disappeared. Leading to the mother having to do all herself. Matt was 12 at the time and even if little, fully knew what was going on. (His stepbrother Lionell was 8 at the time) Doing his best to support his mother and often cheering her on, beeing goofy and fun. Which helped both. As well as watching over the little brother. With the plane to a new home, getting in a turbulence. After they had managed to set a good foot at their new home, living at a beach house from a deserted island after a plane crash, making it their new home, for now. It took long until they were found. 6 months to be precise.

As a plane finally found them as well as the real father (who was in another country and first thought for dead) that he found them and brought them home. Their new home of course in Australia. (Also known for strong swim program) With his brother (step brother from the stepdad) and his parents now living in a more peaceful state.

Training martial arts with his dad Miles and brother alongside passion of swimming, Matt lived his teenlife fully.

Long did Matt learn to swim and come with little to full.  

Swimming was freedom for Matt and gave it his all while he enjoyed it. Beeing an energetic guy, it didnt take long for his open nature, big smiles and fun personality to lighten the mood. He only got serious on specific topics and despite his heterochromie, he can bring smiles and motivate.
His mother works in the kitchen of a very well known restaurant and where he works parttime. Beeing excellent in his cooking and baking skills to serve good dishes (Think like Sanji from One Piece)

Hard working, dedicated to his family and loyal to friends.

Trivia:
-The cut on his cheek was from the attack from rivals of his father with a knife
-hates smokers/smoke in general
-A fear of darkness (when alone) and tight/narrow spaces as he was trapped in the airplane part with the fire.
-He wears glasses due to his nearsight and because through accident he almost had lost his vision. A reason he feels the water as well as navigates through it through his motion and instinct.
-Next to water, he enjoys drawing and writing. Fanfics, video games and dancing. All instinctive as he has a good rythmn. Dancing is a passion as well. Telling stories to kids when babysitting
-He is pretty strong! Survival and training martial arts got his body to a perfect fit and letting him help more than one thinks.
-Matt is very helpful and hardly says no to help. He hates mathematics as he has a hard time to focus on that and would rather swim.
-Has a charming smile, open personality but will fully swipe the topic if its about his past, badtalking about his mother or insulting his passion. Gets pretty serious.
-Matt likes to sleep long and uses his ton of energy for swimming, fighting and rounds. A grumpy guy if you wake him before 7 a.m. a reason his mother set up things for him to just grab and run as he has a good amount of stamina. Making it in time for school. But he does love to cuddle and enjoys hugs alot. When overworked or overtrained, can tend to suddenly fall asleep on the sofa or chair (powernaps)

-Heterochromie- left eye blue, right green
-His real haircolor is brown but dyed them part black and had a bad cut as he was to shy to try a new hairstylist (later changes his hairstyle)- *need to work on that*
-Burn marks- cover his side face, left chest and side and right arm along with part his right leg (one side got the burns from the planecrash as he was stuck in the plane)
-Fear of flight to a certain point (getting off and hugging someone he cares for calms his nerves)- would only fly to a place for someone he really cares for deeply.
-He enjoys to cook for others and see that they are well. Often refered to as "momma of the group" When arriving in a new place or meeting people, he will have small baking goods as a gift (muffins, cupcakes, donuts or mini donuts etc) as a greeting gift.
-Getting to know new people, he is shy at first. Especially since his burnt mark and appearance doesn´t let one think he can do. Takes a lil bit to open up as he doesn´t know them yet. But once you befriend him, he is loyal and very protective of those he cares for and will put their needs above his.
-He is LOADED (meaning he is a rich guy) thanks to the restaurant his mom is running and his lil stand back at home where he sells his lil goodies, making a good earning and loves to spoil his friends with gifts. Won´t say at start of course. (Close friends like Rin would know he has cash)- Since bad with mathematics, he would ask for help when it comes to translations from yen to Euro or Dollar for example. Tends to give more tipp when eating out or money.
-tends to wear hoodies (to cover face and such) and longsleeves with t shirts over it. Later wears better clothings thanks to his new friends. As he gets more confident
-he is 181cm in height and has a tall and strong phys hidden under his clothes.
-Has arm tattoos to cover the burn marks
-able to play the violin

Another tragic event (he was 20) hit as rivals/enemies of the father (since beeing a detective and policeofficer in range) getting into chaos and saving his family. Matt got a deep scar on his back, cheek and side as he saved alongside those he cherished and doesnt blame the father for the occurance. Rather thankful as not only did he find his strength but also used his talent. After police took in the culprits, the family moved. 

With his father regaining memory of past, having Abby/Val as a daughter alongside his other young son, it was a family of secrets.

When it comes to relationships and more, he had a girlfriend once that didnt go as he thought as she found his scars and marks unattractive. Never had experience on these things before but has read alot and informed himself. Helping his stepsister with period stuff and knowing what is best to do. (Always have chocolate ready)
Matt loves to help others and is for fun and trying things out. 

Learned japanese from his friend who lives there and once moved to Australia. Later when visiting his friend in Japan, get´s a good haircut.
