He is a frail man who uses a sword cane when cornered. His power is that of being able to borrow other peoples powers if he touches them AND knows what their power does. He steals some of their powers temporarily, making their power weaker, and allows him to use a watered down version of their powers.
He also has the ability to keep some of peoples powers, and expanding upon them afterwards through training this. In order to do this he must consume a moderate piece of them. The only permanent power he has received through this method is the ability to conjure hands out of shadows / the darkness. This was not of his choice, but he has grown to accept that it's a part of what he does now.
He is a cocky bastard and usually tries to stay out of physical fights as he is rather frail. He talks a lot of shit through correspondence, though.
