Forming within the Sector 1 Sage Kindergarten as a Perfect Cut gem. He had sucked the materials of 6 other Olivines next to him, causing them all to come out defective and unuseable to the Empire. His first assignment was to study under another Olivine, however after that he went on to work at the Sector 10 Stellar Station as a scientist studying gem formation and production. His efforts in gem production led to him gaining a promotion, giving the rank of authoritative equivalent to a Nacre. Afterwards, he moved his studies into gem behavior, specifically in pearls and aristocrats. These studies gave him yet another promotion, to the rank equivalent of an Aquamarine.

Mid-Life

Then came the legal trouble. He was charged with various minor crimes, ranging from stalking of elites to theft. This caused him to spend quite a lot of time within the prisons of the Sector 10 Solar Station. However, even with these crimes, he was never demoted due to some flaws in the legal system. It was around this time he was assigned to oversee a few kindergartens and their production. Working out of the Stellar Station for this new assignment. he had many assistants to assist him. One of these was a Rutile, whom Utopian would end up shattering for the "thrill". The shattering of this Rutile was also what finally cracked his mental state enough to cause his self-corruption.

Modern Day

Today, he still mainly works at the Stellar Station. Moved on from overseeing kindergarten to the Jovian Station, a combined station between Sage and Ocean Dream, with a pearl to represent him and give orders in his name to the residents of the station. On the side, he's taken up minor studies into organic life. He has met and befriended a Verdelite named "Blue" who has now become his official assistant in all affairs. Blue currently has a massive impact in Utopian's life, being the single most important thing to him, behind his loyalty to the Empire. He's sworn to do anything for that Verdelite, even going so far to shatter another gem, which he has.

• His birthdate would technically be on May 22nd.
• Utopian is ranked as an Authoritative gem (on par with an Aquamarine) due to his advances in his fields of study.
• He wears two glowing blue cuffs on his wrists, these acting as trackers for the Opaline Court System.
• His self corruption is mainly caused by stress, often flaring up when negative emotions spike.
• His perfect cut status makes him tall compared to the normal height of an Olivine (8'2 ft. compared to his 13'4 ft stature). Often seen as a defect, when in reality it isn’t.
• Despite his promoted rank, Utopian doesn’t personally own a pearl. Minus the one working in his steed at the Jovian Station. (Laurel Pearl)
• He can crush a gemstone in his bare hands up to a hardness of 7.5 on the Mohs scale. This is due to his self corruption giving him extra strength.
