very tentatively named matthew. its subject to change. Air/Water mix, skews towards Air.
Head of the local chapter of the Church. (Not catholic, the in-universe religion that i have yet to name)
Slightly longer brownish/gray hair. Maybe ponytail for flavor. Pale green eyes, round glasses
Fairly pleasant and unassuming.
My first instinct is to make him secretly evil but i feel like he'd do best as just a pleasant guy.
Maybe joke around with it like that. Shion meets him and is like. Truly there can't be such a nice person out there, he has to have some sort of ulterior motive. But no hes just a nice dude.
