PLASTICU CHARACTER DESIGN T.O.S
All of my designs can be traded, sold, or gifted at any time. Here are a couple of things to keep in mind:
- Once you have paid, you have full ownership of a design. Species, gender, and design can be altered in any way. Do not delete the original design artwork attached.
- You can re-sell a design at any price. However, I would prefer that it was at the value of the trade/price you paid for it. (Ex: Traded a $100 design for one of my designs makes the design worth $100). Adding art to increase the value also helps. However I am not strict on this, just want trades to be fair!
- I would not recommend deleting a design that is transferred to you. Keeping them private is fine as I am still able to view credits. This is so designs do not get lost or resold on other sites (which can lead to you, or someone, getting scammed).
- I am not responsible for where characters may go after they’re sold. It is the responsibility of the owners to prevent theft by keeping trades on Toyhouse. Designs that were sold offsite by me will remain on Toyhouse with ownership tagged in the bio.Â
