Agent 4 - Spout

Spout is energetic and confident. He's very ambitious and trains hard everyday to get stronger, Spout is also a bit clumsy, and often gets in trouble.

Backstory:

Shortly after moving to Inkopolis, Spout saw a strange squid standing on a sewer, after investigating further it turns out the person was Marie, a famous idol. She explained to Spout that her cousin Callie went missing, aswell as Capp'n Cuttlefish, Agent 3 and the great Zapfish

The brave Inkling as he is, Spout promptly offered himself to help, Marie accepting and giving Spout the title "Agent 4".

Defeating DJ Octavio, the villain who stole the Zapfish & brainwashed Callie, in a nervewracking fight, where even Marie & Sheldon helped, Agent 4 was celebrated simultaneously with Agent 8, an Octoling who escaped the Deepsea Metro & saved the world.
