Never was one to care for anything to do with spooky topics such as witches, ghosts, vampires, or werewolves. All that stuff sounded like it would be the worst if it were true, so she refuses to believe it is.
When she was littler and Luca first took her in she and Morgan had to endure rumors about whether they were cursed or not like the other side of the family; Or that they are cursed and that is the only reason why Luca wanted them. Between Morgan standing up for her and their older cousin Leda stepping in when she could, she learned it was better to stay quiet.
She helps her father out with his business in any way that she can despite him wanting her to "attend a good university" instead. While she has tossed the idea around in her head she still hasn't brought it up to her sister yet let alone her girlfriend. Leaving either of them behind is a torturous thought for her.
Church's adoptive father is Luca D'angelo, owner of Pawbuster Video, and Morgan D'angelo is her slightly younger sister.
