The captain of The Avid, Voss has often been called 'a thief with a ship', and it is not an inaccurate remark. She and her crew are known to supplement their landbased thievery with piracy, which sets them apart from most. Most know her by her association with the famed Emil Renard, the man who stole and then vanished a Kingsmen's warship and got away with it. She's smalltime next to him, but seems to have kept up with him as an enemy turned rival.
