Perla is a (semi escaped depending on the time frame) lab experiment/mutant. She has very intense psychic powers that allow her to explode things with her brain, along with some other miscellaneous powers that come with the whole being an experiment thing. This is all at the cost of her having a near constant, chronic migraine. She's always quiet and rather secluded for this reason. She hates being around other people and can be pretty dangerous if someone pisses her off. She likes drawing stuff on her body because it channels her psychic energy or something (maybe it's a pain reliever, maybe she just likes drawing, haven't decided yet! probably just a little bit of both!). She's allowed to do her own thing just because the lab workers are afraid to cross her.
Also has some pretty severe sensory issues. She hates a lot of clothes and prefers they be loose fitting and soft to the touch. She hates a lot of tastes, textures, and sensations. She hates hugs and touch. Even getting a pat on the shoulder makes her skin crawl for hours
