Yuuta has a nervous disposition, causing a constant stutter and a lot of pausing in their speech. They fidget frequently, either looking at their pocket watch or playing with their fingers. They shy away from contact and keep to themself. They are extremely superstitious. However, certain things don't seem to phase them.

Appearance
Yuuta is not one to pay much attention to fashion. Their typical work clothing consists of dark denim overalls, a pastel dress shirt underneath, tube socks, and sturdy sneakers. They roll up the legs of their overalls to mid calf height. They also like to wear large hoop earrings.

Backstory
Yuuta grew up in a priviledged household that could afford to support all of the family's interests. It took a while for Yuuta to find something they were passionate about. Once they found they had a knack for building detailed gadgets, they became obsessed with creating more and more intricate clocks, making them almost an art form. Hyperfocusing on making clocks made Yuuta also interested in learning about the subject of time in general, so that it would be easier to discuss their work and find more ideas in constructing new pieces. Their parents always appeared pleased with what Yuuta was working on, but they could always tell their parents gave more attention to their siblings, likely used to the idea that Yuuta would not be doing anything significant with their livelihood.

Airi
Aunt
Airi is Yuuta's aunt, who is a doctor of her own clinic in a town a ways over. Yuuta's relationship with her before the time loop events was rather indifferent, and when first seeing them in the events of the Hunt, was simply relieved to see someone they knew. However, over the course of the Hunt, Yuuta came to realize that Airi was quite different from how they perceived. Airi was willing to sacrifice herself or others for the greater good, and also willing to help Yuuta with no gain to herself. Yuuta, coming into contact with someone they thought wasn't judging them for their life choices, finally began to open up and place their trust in their aunt.

Megumi
Sister
Megumi is Yuuta's older sister who interned at Airi's clinic. Since Yuuta's family has plenty of doctors and lawyers, their parents were proud of Megumi continuing the trend. Over the years, Yuuta grew increasingly bitter towards Megumi as they realized that they would always be in her shadow.

- ● Yuuta's diet is very restricted; not for any particular reason, just that Yuuta knows what they like and they don't want to explore further than that.
- ● Yuuta is sort of a hermit, dedicated to their craft and studies. As such, they don't go on the internet for much other than looking at pictures for inspiration, or diving into research.
- ● Yuuta does know how to swim. Their parents taught the whole family how to swim at a young age. They don't do much in the pool other than float around though, but they do enjoy doing that a lot.
- ● Yuuta does not like horror movies!! If they had to watch a scary movie, they'd prefer one with dread horror rather than jumpscares.
- ● Yuuta's sleep schedule is very wacky. Sometimes they go to bed early because they can't think of what to do for work and sometimes they stay up way too late due to focusing too hard. Somehow their metabolism keeps up with this.
- ● Yuuta was a bitter and crabby individual before the Hunt, always believing themself to be on their own and believing that others were judging them.
- ● While Yuuta may have believed that their family looked down on them and their livelihood of making clocks, it's not clear if this is the truth or not. Yuuta's perceptions of their family may have become jaded over the years.
