Pisa

Ara's half sister, and Teni and Umbra's great aunt. She was born from the love affair of a maid and one of the spider queen's male concubines. She was raised in the palace as a servant to the royal family and grew up resenting Ara. Whenever Arachne I was usurped from the throne by Ara, she granted Pisa a title of lesser nobility. The two's relationship improved, and Pisa became the primary caretaker for her great nieces whenever the Chitania's mental condition worsened.
