Endra

Endra is a fallen Angel who got her wings clipped because she was constantly causing violence within Heaven itself. She regrew her wings, however, which Heaven's ruling class sees as an act of defiance, and now roams Popstar, looking for a way to become strong enough to overpower Heaven's forces.
