★ Nine ★

An underground informant, well known amongst the criminal underground for his ability to sneak about and collect information that will give his contractor the advantage- at any means nessasary- and disappear afterwards. Nine is inordinately good at this job, so much so that the head of various gangs and organizations will personally contract him for personal blackmail and espionage missions.

Nine is an extremely aloof and reserved individual. He wears a mask of indifference and rarely telegraphs his emotions, making him come off as cold and unapproachable. Due to being taken advance of early in his youth, Nine has developed a rather nihilistic view of the world. It's very obvious that he keeps others at arms length, even towards those who have contracted his skills. He feels little to nothing for others beyond a sense of camaraderie, and isn't above hurting or deceiving others to fit his own means. 

Nine's blue smoke is toxic, and will paralyze and poison those who inhale it. His favored tactic is to hide in vents and breath it into his target's rooms as it equally muffles noise and obscures their vision. He himself is not immune to its effects, however, and he wears a gas mask to combat this.
