Esmeray ( It means dark moon in Turkish ) Is the Moon God of the Island

I would say, he is around 30'5 in height

He has often times been spotted hanging around The Quietus

He can make people fall asleep in an instant, just his presence brings a drowsy feeling to everyone. He is also able to play certain songs on his guitar, which are far from " lullabies " as he calls them. However, they do seem to change the atmosphere and people around him when he is playing in strange ways. 

He looks after and controls all the jobs on the Island, he is great at keeping the Island in order and making sure everyone has a good home and for the most part, is safe.

He looks like the type who would be very self-absorbed and pompous but he is actually quite the opposite. While he is all about himself and looks he isn't the type to push this to the extreme. He is actually very quiet, and a steady listener. Sometimes during the night he listens to everyones nightmares and dreams, which might be how he can know random things about certain people. Insecurities, fears, visions, or things less serious as dreams have their way of being odd at times. He does not control dreams or nightmares. Those are simply subconscious thoughts that happen to rummage during the night.

Can be drawn feral and without his guitar. Moon orb not opt.

Backstory: Unavailable until Mel has done at least 5 fully coded ocs of its with any ocs OUTSIDE their main oc folder. I am waiting. :)
