Ehtiras is a dancer by trade, and an avid festival participant.
You can catch him traveling to different places to learn about their festivals in order to take part in whatever dances he can learn. Which he will then turn around and set up a small space where he can teach local foals about these dances and spend time bringing smiles to their faces. Even on off-seasons he can be found with the foals in some dance or another, grinning the whole time.
