Min-jun

Min-jun's the third member of a K-pop group called 'Midnight', and functions as its main dancer. He also does most of the choreo for the group so he's pretty important. He can actually sing really well, and the others acknowledge that he might rival Nam-il in terms of vocals, but the managers don't give him aNY LINES (prolly because he's black). Huang writes Mini into the songs, and by the time the song comes out, someone else (usually CK) has 90% of his lines smh. Min-jun doesn't get upset tho; he knows he puts in work and is grateful that they use his choreo.

He's actually the product of a poorly timed "love at first sight" situation LOL. His Dad was a U.S. soldier stationed over in South Korea for a few months; the guy runs into a cute local woman in an old bar, and they hit it off a little too quickly. After barely a month of seeing each other, the couple finds out they've got a kid on the way, so they get married since that's the responsible thing to do, right? Ahh, alas the dad was re-stationed soon after that, and tragically dies in combat after 3 months. Min-jun never gets to meet his father, but doesn't have hard feelings towards the man for leaving in the first place. (His mom still gasses the dad up tho lol she never hesitates to tell her son how great a dude his dad was.) He's been in contact with his Dad's side of the family his whole life, and spent a year in Virginia living with his grandmother; there he picked up most of the slang he yells when he's mad. Min-jun keeps up with Black culture and happenings in the US, but by culture, he's more Korean.

Min-jun's a real sweet-heart, and he's full of fluff, thus his nicknames of 'Mini' and 'Pink Bunny'. He actually enjoys teaching the other members of Midnight new dances, even if he seems to have little patience for them lol, and would honestly never trade his dysfunctional group of 'brothers' for anything in the world. Even though he's framed as the cold bad-guy/ troublemaker in the group's MV's, he's really the opposite, being quite sensitive and loving. He is a bit of a prankster irl tho, being prone to tease and exploit his group members' quirks and fears. Min-jun doesn't do it with a hint of malice however; he just wants a quick laugh and usually apologizes for any harm caused.
