T.O.S - Owning a character I created / owned (Adopt, Trade, etc

► if the design was once a sona of mine and I designed it, you can NOT under any circumstances use them as a sona of yours, if the character was designed to look like me, it would make me uncomfortable to see someone else using the same character to represent them.

► ou may only sell the character for what you paid for it / the worth of the character you traded for them (e.g. if you traded a character worth $10 for them, the character is now worth $10 for trade) unless you have created any extra art / commissioned any extra art.

► if you got the character VIA art or trade, you may not sell the character for $ and only offer them for trade or art unless you have drawn/commissioned art of the character, and then you may only sell them for the worth of the art you have purchased/created.

► you must inform me before you sell/trade them

►please do not place your own T.O.S on any of my designs

► you must complete everything you owe for them before selling/trading them (e.g. if there is a payment plan or you owe art these must be completed)

► if i am the original designer of a character, even if it was a simple adopt or a gift, whether you have re-designed the character or not, you may NEVER under any circumstances, one, claim you designed the character (if you have re-designed them you may claim that, but not that you designed them) , or two, place your T.O.S on the character

► you cannot make siblings/duplicates of the character without asking me first (unless they don't look that much alike) as this is classed as copying my design and could be used to sell of my designs in a way i am not aware of, this only applies for characters i created, not once owned, you will have to ask the creator of a character i sold/traded to you if i did not create them

Blacklist

You may not sell any characters that I have designed to these people, nor get any artwork from me for them.
