吳劲气 - Wu Jin Qi. (name meaning, energetic breath)

a dragon-shifter who used to rule over a village but whose residents took advantage of him so frequently that his powers were weakened considerably. he now roams looking for his twin sister in hopes to rule alongside her once more.
