Ronnie illegally sells fur and hide on the black market. He sources most of his product by scavenging along highways and other busy roads for roadkill. Seeing as this trade is highly predator-dominated, Ronnie brings a rather unique face to the market.
Ronnie is a dirty, untrustworthy thief who will do anything for a quick buck. He's dishonest, sneaky, and egotistical. He is, however, very charismatic and friendly with everyone. He pretends to be dumb and goofy, and enjoys being the center of attention.

Ronnie lives a meager life, digging through trash and sleeping wherever the night takes him. He owns a small, rough-looking market stand where he sells his fur, hide, and meat (if salvagable). More often than not, all of his possessions are on him. He often has nothing to his name, and is an absolute bum. He prefers to live his life freely, going wherever he pleases and bothering anyone within earshot.
Having a stall in the black market as a non-predatory animal is a rare occurence. This is largely due to the nature of the dominating predators in the trade--and their tendencies toward violence. Unfortunately, Ronnie is crafty, quick, and elusive, and has yet to be caught by anyone. This has caused his reputation to grow exponentially--many respect his ability to maintain his status in such an environment, some are merely curious about the strangeness of his choices, and most hate his fucking guts. Regardless, just about everyone has accepted his presence, and mostly leave him to his devices.
That is, everyone except for one particular dog. This character is still in development currently, but the general idea I have for him is a Redbone Coondog who is absolutely determined to catch Ronnie. I'd love to create a Tom and Jerry type dynamic between the two!
The black market is an illegal market with various vendors and highly illegal products. Most of the market is categorized into 4 general subsets--weapons, substances, services, and product. Ronnie works in the product sector. The market is, strangely enough, regulated fairly well without any form of legal intervention, and is pretty organized. The market is in a dangerous, infamous area in which a lot of crimes go unheard of. Mafia, gangs, and other groups of organized crime run rampant and control the surrounding area.
Penny is Ronnie's self-proclaimed best friend (she is the only sane, concious entity that will tolerate him within the next 7 cities and towns over). She's a barista who works during the day at a cute little café which Ronnie is banned from. This does not stop him from showing up and harrassing her at work anyway. At night, she works at a bar that Ronnie frequents. They enjoy getting high together, and Ronnie consistently gets her into all kinds of troubles.
An insane, carnivorous maniac who enjoys nothing more than setting fires and causing mayhem. A mischevous, apathetic raccoon who kills and skins animals for their pelts. Together, what could go wrong?
Butcher is Ronnie's right-hand guy, who helps him with all kinds of nasty jobs. The two leave a destructive trail in their wake. They are not sane.
