Just below the surface of Pluto is a secret safe-haven for all displaced beings of the galaxy. Some were born there, most ended up there, but they live together in relative harmony and abide by the laws of Aphelion- the governing body of the haven.

Zeenoth was born on Pluto, but would rather be anywhere else in the galaxy. He has over a dozen adopting siblings, but he never really connected to any of them, and he feels like he's meant for bigger things. He has a love/hate relationship with the Space Pirates- he knows that becoming one is his best chance at getting off Pluto, but he thinks they're all entitled snobs.
