Goldenchild

Goldenchild knew he was always meant to be deputy. Even as kits and apprentices he would jokingly boss around his best friend Inkfire. He thought of himself as good-humored, and tried to cheer up those around him. 

Goldenchild has always tried to be a shining beacon of hope in Pineclan. He knows Bastardatar is a prickly leader and often puts his fellow clanmates down, but Goldenchild thinks he can help turn things around! Bastardstar made him deputy after all, why would he do that if he didn't want Goldenchild to do his best for the clan?

With the help of Inkfire, newly appointed deputy Goldenchild has already tried to set his helpful plans in motion. For starters, they restocked the medicine cat den with fresh herbs (Bastardstar thought the old, crusty leaves were good enough, but Goldenchild was able to convince him otherwise). For another, Goldenchild was able to convince Bastardstar to stop training the kits by the edge of the gorge! (He really shouldn't be training the kits at all but that's another battle.)

Although, lately... Goldenchild has been trying to avoid Bastardstar. He's seemed.. extra upset at him and Goldenchild doesn't know why.
