TBN's Ownership

PLEASE DO NOT LOCK MY DESIGNS I LIKE SEEING THEIR PROGRESS WITH THEIR NEW OWNERS, IF YOU LOCK THEM AT LEAST GIVE ME AUTHORIZATION SO I CAN SEE THEM 

• As the artist, I can: Post/display the picture anywhere I want (giving the buyer proper credit as the owner of the character(s)) and promote myself with it in any place.
• No adoptables of mine may be co-owned. They can be shared, but one person must be acknowledged as the sole owner.
• Refunds are not accepted.
• Do not claim the original design as your own.
• You will get the original full size file and unwatermarked pic of the adoptable. Do not share this files on social media, or with others, unless you are planning on gifting or selling the design to another party. If that's the case, share it on a private plataform, like e-mail or DMs You may share the watermarked version with due credit.
• You may use it for personal use and any external projects, as long they are non profit and non-commercial.
• You may name the character, create a personality and background, change gender, information for the character as well as make minor design changes.
• Only the purchaser of my work may re-post the art they've received, and public re-posts are required to have some form of watermark, and be linked back to one of my art accounts.
• Purchased designs can be resold up to the original purchase price or less, traded or gifted. Additional resale price may be added for price paid in extra commissioned work & personal work. Gifter/Seller/Trader must acknowledge that they no longer have rights over a gifted/sold design. The new owner is then bound by these terms of service.
• You may edit on top of my artwork for reference and demonstrative purposes. Do not publicly display artwork of mine that is edited without disclaimer that it was edited, and that it is my artwork.
• You can re-design or use my designs in closed species. 

Commercial use of adoptables:

• You may make charms/shirts/prints/business cards/post cards featuring the character you have purchased, without needing to pay for royalities, as long as you have permimission from me beforehand, and the art is your personal art, or art purchased from another user with explicit permission from them to use their art in such a way.
• You are only allowed to include my designs in games/comics/videos and other mass media for profit only if proper credit and royalities are given (Agreement needed for royalities prices).
• You can not use my design to create new closed species.
