Design Terms of Use
DESIGN TOS
Don't resell a design you received for free or IN TRADES unless I am asked prior. I will freely blacklist users who have broken this rule.
You can rehome any design received from me unless I revoked the design, which I haven't done in years. Please don't trade to anyone on my blacklist though!
You must ALWAYS CREDIT ME DIRECTLY on toyhouse, I have no other social media. Do not LINK to my toyhouse, assign me as creator (unless we’ve blocked each other, which if we blocked each other you are BLACKLISTED so please rehome the design ASAP and inform new owner to credit my TH directly)
Likewise, you must ALWAYS CREDIT ME BY USERNAME when my artwork or the design's official ref is posted. Publicly or privately, it doesnt matter. Credit!
I have had my designs price-gauged by several hundred dollars in the past, so don't do that. That's a one-way ticket into being blacklisted. Please price fairly. It has no value if the art wasn't traded for or commissioned. Artwork on free bases or personal art does not count towards value.
Likewise, trades are valued at what prices the artist had AT THE TIME the art was made, not their current prices. If they priced fullbodies at 5$, its still 5$ even if they charge 100$ in the future for the same quality of work.
You may use my designs for PERSONAL commercial usage, without any fees. If you plan to make merch or use my designs in a corporate setting, please discuss a one-time payment for full commercial usage!
You may NOT EVER, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, resell a design of mine that you got for free unless it is an emergency situation.
I would appreciate it if I was also contacted to be updated of my designs being rehomed ( in any circumstance ) as well, but it's not a TOS rule - merely just a request that is optional that way I know where its ending up!
I don't offer refunds for buyer remorse unless I personally made an error. If you're not happy after a few days of buying my design, just resell. I'm not responsible for your mishaps in managing your funds.
ART TOS
I retain my full rights to my artwork, unless you're explicitly paying a fee for me to relinquish it. Said rights are basically just public display purposes and the right to say "yes, I made this".
Don't price gauge my art. What you paid is what it's worth. If you paid nothing, its worth nothing.
Don't claim my art as your own or say you made it.
Don't resell it as merch or on any physical items such as books, games, etc.. aka no commercial use w/o asking me. Don't redistribute publicly without credit.
Don't edit my art without crediting me fully for the original piece. Only edit it if you own the design the art came with. Aka don't edit work that wasn't made for you and/or your oc. Notifying me is nice but not necessary.

I'm not responsible for your mishaps in managing your funds or if you're not fully satisfied with my interpretation of your commission. I offer frequent WIPs exactly for this, so offer your input BEFORE its finished.
- Communication is key. I will communicate with you, and let you know how work is coming along. Don't commission me if you can't communicate professionally and maturely, or if you expect me to start immediately. My wait times for art turn-around range from 3 to 5 months on average due to my disabilities.
- Refunds will be sent based off how much work I've done (ie: sketch phase, lineart phase, flat colors) - I will not offer full refunds if I've started.
PERSONAL BOUNDARIES
- Please don't buy or trade for any of my ocs (designed by me or not) if you intend to give them to people I've blocked. I will block you if you do.
- If I've blocked you and you don't have a PSA out on you, chances are I'm curating my online experience. It's nothing personal. But still don’t own my designs please!
- If you don't think we'll get along, feel free to block me. I'm no longer the type of person to get offended at random blocks. I encourage it.
- I have memory problems and Dissociative Identity Disorder, please be patient with me if I forget things. The person who DM'd you yesterday might not be the same person today.
If you are uncomfortable with me changing my TOS to fit my comfortabilities as an artist, please don't own any of my designs.
