He's out of this world. Some say he's baked....With special herbs. Though, if you knew all of the stars he was made of, you'd start to wonder way too many things about how the universe works and how he - Became Cosmic himself. The world may never know, but you may know the world.

| 14 sec base Cooldown Summons 7 starjelly-jellyfish that come down like meteorites. Each one has burst damage upon each starjelly's death with a single hit DMG rate of 120% (+2% per level). The starjelly's summons have 3% - 43% ATK, (Each starjelly has a different RNG ATK value) DEF 110%, and 40% HP for 7.0 seconds. Upon cast, DEF goes up 10% ATK goes up 10% as well for 7.0 seconds. If an enemy dies from the impact of a starjelly's demise, the rest of the surrounding enemies (Up to a count of 10 enemies at max nearest of impact become blighted with reduced movement speed at a rate of -10.0 % MOV SPD for 3.0 seconds.) |
His character arc will be trying to remember who he once was only to find out he was a hero of the cosmos that lost his memory from closing a space and time rift that almost destroyed the cookie world as you know it.
